Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of services by Nestlé S.A., Avenue Nestlé 55, 1800 Vevey, Switzerland, Business ID CHE-391.716.991, doing business as bizlawaid ("Provider"). By accessing or using services from bizlawaid, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
1.1 Legal Services
bizlawaid offers professional legal services for businesses, including contract drafting, dispute resolution support and compliance advisory.
1.2 Information Products
bizlawaid provides digital publications, guides and templates related to business law and compliance.
1.3 Goods
bizlawaid may offer physical materials, such as printed guides or training kits for business legal topics.
2. Payment Terms
All fees are described on the order form or pricing page. Payments are due upon invoicing unless otherwise agreed. Provider may accept various methods of payment. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
3. Cancellation and Service Transfers
Clients may request cancellation or transfer of services by contacting Provider at +41761576951 or via the contact form. Transfers of unused service hours are at the discretion of Provider and subject to scheduling availability.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refunds for Legal Services
Refunds for legal services are available only if cancellation is requested before any substantive work has commenced. Once research, drafting or representation begins, no refund will be issued due to the professional nature of the engagement. If Provider cannot perform the service as agreed, a full refund will be issued or, at Client’s option, service may be transferred to an equivalent service at no additional fee.
4.2 Refunds for Information Products
Clients may request a refund for digital products within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If a refund is granted, access to the product will be revoked.
4.3 Refunds for Goods
Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they remain unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is responsibility of Client unless goods are defective or incorrect, in which case Provider will cover shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of returned goods.
5. Limitation of Liability
Provider’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Provider is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by third parties.
6. Amendments
Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
